Paper Submission

Submission Guidelines

We welcome both Full Papers and Abstracts. Please follow these simple steps to submit your work.

What You Can Submit

  • Full Paper: Max of 6,000 words (excluding references, appendices, acknowledgments).

  • Abstract: Max of 1,500 words (excluding references).

  • Either option may be presented at the conference with or without publication.

What to Upload (2 Files Required)

  1. Anonymous File

    • Your abstract or full paper.

    • Do not include author names, affiliations, or contact details (double-blind review).

  2. Title Page

    • Use the official Title Page Template.

    • Includes manuscript title, author names, affiliations, emails, and presenting author(s) with attendance type (online or in person).

Publication Options

  1. No Publication

  2. Abstracts – Official Conference Proceedings 

  3. Full Papers – Advances in Global Business and Economics Book Series (Springer, SCOPUS Indexed, ISBN)

  4. Journal Publication – Authors of papers selected as Best Papers will be offered the opportunity to fast-track their submissions to a supporting journal

  • Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Technology (JHTT) – SSCI IF=6.9; CiteScore: 10.3; fast-track review for full paper submissions
  • Journal of Global Business Insights (JGBI) – ISSN: 2640-6470 (print) and 2640-6489 (online); fast-track review for full paper submissions

 

Authors who wish to have their paper published in the Conference Proceedings or Book must follow the formatting guidelines; otherwise, it will not be published. Authors who will opt to submit to a supporting journal must go to the journal’s website and follow their guidelines.
